In our life, we have a lot of activities in our daily routine, from when we wake up until we go to bed. We aren't conscious about lifestyle. In a few opportunities we dedicated time to take care of ourselves. The doctors suggest that we need to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity, eat healthy, don’t smoke and sleep at least eight hours each day. The previous aspects are very important to reduce diseases and mental health problems as stress and depression.
There are three important points to be healthier and to have less stress. Firstly, the work life has unpleasant environments and few opportunities for employee well-being, for example, the gymnastics breaks, gyms or professionals who guide these activities. Secondly, the variety of foods in the work they don't have a variety of fruits and vegetables, there are main unhealthy food. The nutrition and physical activity are very important to have a good health. Thirdly, family relationships are complex, little time is shared with the family, and at home environment during free time, we usually spent it watching television or being sedentary for a long time.
All of the above, added to the fact that we are not aware of the risks in our health, expose us to more stressful environments and therefore to the appearance of preventable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and even cancer. In fact, what we must change are our habits and schedule our times to take care of ourselves, doing activities as yoga, breathing exercises and other therapies to reduce and prevent the stress. We need to dedicated time in the morning or in any moment of day to be healthier and be happier in our lives. If we were more active and hapiery we would have less problems as stress.
